Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is talk therapy designed to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression and trauma.  Utilizing this technique, a social worker helps people gain a better understanding of the relationship between their  thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. Sometimes all it takes is making one or two small changes to see a significant effect in a persons life.
